I have used others before, but I can honestly say that these are the best that I have ever tried.

Enjoying it thus far
Today's date 9-17-17 Received these the other week. I saw the 5 star rating & decided to see what all the fuss was about. The 2nd thing that got me to purchase was the price. These earmuffs have been a pleasure to my wallet & ears! I work at an airport on the tarmac where they bring the planes in & those engines are so loud not only that but the Airstart is louder than the turbines. If you don't know what an Airstart is please look it up. These earmuffs successfully reduce 80% of the noises I hear. It's a dramatic difference when I take them off. They're so much earplugs which which you constantly have to take out & put in your ear. I'm sure this product will last a long time. The only bad thing is that they make me sweat around ears. If anything changes I will surely let y'all know.

Perfect for the Autistic Adult.
I love these! I got these for myself to help reduce noise a bit when I am in sensory overload (I am Autistic). I have always used ear plugs till I got a pair of ear muffs for my son. I hated using the plugs because I have an over production of wax and it was uncomfortable. They fit comfortably over my ears. They do not reduce noise so much that I can not hear anything, but reduce enough that things are not so overwhelming. So these are perfect!

Good muffs, but use sparingly
I purchased these ear muffs for my autistic son who has an aversion to many everyday sounds. They help to block out the noise so he can participate in activities he would normally avoid. They are great for when I have to run errands where we know there will be annoying noises and/or crowds, such as grocery shopping and the dentist, or when we go to places where there are a lot of young, loud children. My only caution is that parents who want to use these for their sound-sensitive children should keep control of the ear muffs rather than allowing the child to use them whenever they want. My son started with a large handful of noises that upset him and after six months of having the ear muffs, he became intolerant of about 80% of the noises in his environment and meltdowns increased when his ear muffs were lost. Since then, I've had to only allow him to use the ear muffs for the most severe noises and those that will last longer than a few minutes. Slowly, he is learning to tolerate the everyday noises again, but would rather use the muffs to shut them out, so just be aware that these work so well, your child may become dependent on them.

Boom Shaka Laka!
A very comfortable set of shooting muffs that do the job for not a lot of money. I bought a pair to try them out and wore them for about a half hour around the house and didn't feel any squeezing or unpleasant rubs with these. They are replacing a much older pair that I cannot find, and now I don't want to find. I recommend these because I wear glasses, too. So, my shooting glasses not only have to fit my glasses but under these and there weren't any problems. Great price!

Perfect. I ordered these primarily to use with my mini stick vacuum cleaner which has an annoying high-pitched squeal. I also use them with my leaf blower and chainsaw. They are the quietest ear muffs I have used to date. They were delivered promptly and meet all of my expectations. I recommend them highly.

Just what I wanted. Very nice.
Bought as a solution to a wild neighbor who parks his hotrod next to me and blasts his stereo all day. Until I can move. Also helps mostly with another neighbor's barking German Shepherd, but not completely. They do feel a little tight but I will put them on the box they came in overnight to loosen. I have a rather larger size head for a woman. The metal is adjustable which is nice. They do slide down a bit but I put a washcloth under the band to add padding. Also use white foam earplugs to help with the music, although nothing helps with music bass and percusion. Everything vibrates. Great buy, great price.

Very happy with ears; would purchase again
I use these to shoot at indoor ranges. They muffle the sounds of pistols perfectly, and they work fairly well even when I'm standing at an indoor range next to someone firing an AR-15 with one of those compensators that blows everything out the sides. They fit easily over my ear, blocking out plenty of sound. They are tight, but not uncomfortable for a typical hour or two at the range. Might not be the most comfortable to work in for 8 hours, though. They fold up nicely to fit in my range bag, and they come with a small, rather-unnecessary nylon bag to keep them looking new. I am routinely reminded I have a big head, and these fit me just fine. I would recommend these to any amateur shooter who is looking for an affordable set of ears.
